Return & Exchange
EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept exchanges if there is an issue in size. You need to go to your order history and initiate an exchange within 10 days of receiving the product by letting us know which new size you want and for which t-shirt. Once you initiate the exchange, we will send you the new sizes in the next 10 days. Please bear in mind, that for any order, we will process the exchange request only once. If the size requested by you is not available then you will be given an option to avail Store Credit. At this time we do not accept returns for any other reason.
REFUND POLICY
We only give refunds on products which are damaged. We would take 10-20 days to refund the money. The mode of refund would be the same as per the payment. All such orders where Payment Method is Cash on Delivery (COD), a refund will be done through bank transfer only.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - PROMOTIONS
1. We do not accept any returns and exchanges for any orders which are bought under discounted deals or promotion.
2. Only unused products with original tags will be accepted for return/exchange. Quality check will be carried out before processing any return/exchange refund.
